David's career in construction began in 2014 when he assumed the role of Project Manager for a high-end residential construction company based in Dallas. Here he oversaw intricate projects that demanded attention to detail and a passion for architectural excellence. As his expertise grew, David recognized the potential in buying, renovating, and selling properties in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, leading him to venture into this realm in 2016. His vision and keen eye for transformative renovations proved instrumental in the growth, expansion, and ultimately reshaping of the business into the thriving, client-focused construction company it is today.
In 2018, David took a pivotal step in growing his career by obtaining his Real Estate license. This strategic move allowed the company's portfolio to broaden and offer comprehensive Real Estate services to their valued clients. Currently a licensed Realtor with Rogers Healy and Associates, David is armed with knowledge of both construction and real estate, which solidifies his position as a dynamic professional who understands every facet of the real estate industry.
